Speech has been around since before we could intelligent
and understandable sentences. Stories were passed around the campfire in the
old days before anyone started writing. Writing is used to instruct people on
proven methods some of which are still used today and old culture, which does
not exist anymore like some of the Indians language. Today we use the telephone and electronic
communication over the computer. Today’s writing has been put into a person’s
personal learned style.
This learned style came in two forms: physical/visual and
impersonated. Impersonation involves a person imitating their favorite actor,
real life hero, or imaginary character. The usual result is a person develops
their writing style and style of communication around the individual imitated whether
real or not. The physical/visual learning style involves visual and physical
contact with something or someone. The people who use this learning style like
to learn by doing themselves or are learn by watching other people do a task.
Examples of physical learning include, but are not limited to science classes
with labs (visual learning and learn by example), programming classes where a
person is supposed to make a program that does a specific task by following the
instructions, and doing community work.
